Thanksgiving Secret Sight Word Sentence

Need something to practice beginning sounds, sight words, thematic vocabulary, sentence structure and punctuation? Check this out! To get some free sample pages, click here or on any of the photos included in this post.

About this book: This book contains 30 Thanksgiving-themed secret sentence worksheets intended for use with children in Kindergarten (Prep) Grade 1 and Grade 2.

Directions for use: The aim of this activity is for children to identify the beginning sound for each picture and write it in the box underneath. Once all the beginning sounds have been written down, children read the sentence and then write it on the writing line at the bottom of the page.

For children finding it difficult to identify the beginning sounds, I have also included a key that they can use.
